Just got one,seems to be a good radio,so far.The only thing I don’t like, is that it would be nice if it had a signal meter or signal light while moving the dial. Since it audibly mutes if you tune too fast.
Hey Todd, because of this video review I bought one of these radio's and you are right it is very powerful and I really enjoy it. I received the radio last week and it is very well made. I found a company that still had the NON EP PRO model brand new so I picked one up. Thanks
I was able to find a really nice one, getting along with it very well. Thank you Todd! I am noticing some have the band width switch labeled wide narrow others show music voice. Is there a difference with those models?

Radios with great AM antennas like this one work well for daytime dxing too. I found out by experience that taking one outside (to get away from rfi) during the months of Nov. through Feb. when the sun is low in the sky for us northern states you can catch even lower powered stations hundreds of miles away. Granted they don't come in loud and clear but just enough to get an ID. I'm glad they still make radios like this, thanks for sharing.

Have you been able to pick up WWL in New Orleans? That station can be heard in California, so it should be even easier for you (would be around 925 miles). Have fun!

Radio needs to be rotated for best reception on various stations...can't stay in one position.
